Vanaja Power was founded by Ville Vesterinen — a founder of Slush, and founding investor and long-time chairman of Swappie, the Finnish technology company with roughly €250 million in annual revenue, where he serves on the board today. He has founded and backed Nordic technology companies for two decades. Vanaja is headquartered in Hämeenlinna, Finland — on the water the company is named after.
